Our Early Years Curriculum
At the heart of everything we do is a carefully planned curriculum that has been designed specifically for the children and families in our setting. While we follow the statutory Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework, our curriculum reflects our unique community, our values, and the individual needs, interests and experiences of the children we care for.
We believe every child deserves the very best start in life. Our curriculum provides a clear pathway for learning and development, ensuring children build the knowledge, skills and confidence they need to thrive both now and in the future. Through meaningful play, nurturing relationships and inspiring experiences, we support every child to become curious, resilient and independent learners.
Our curriculum is ambitious, inclusive and responsive. It celebrates each child’s individuality while providing opportunities for challenge, exploration and success. By working closely with families and understanding each child’s starting point, we create rich learning experiences that foster a lifelong love of learning and prepare children for a successful transition into school and beyond.
Together, we are building strong foundations for happy children, confident learners and bright futures.
The setting has developed an inclusive and well-sequenced curriculum. Staff are clear about what they want children to know and be able to do. There is a strong emphasis on children’s language development and well-being” Our Ofsted report 24
